Your participation indicates your acceptance of all terms outlined herein.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering for our workshops and accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services. We encourage you to review these terms regularly to stay informed of any updates. Participants must be at least 45 years old to join our beginner-friendly dance classes. User Obligations and Conduct
We expect all participants to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally during all workshop sessions, practice classes, and community fiesta events. You agree to follow all dance floor etiquette guidelines as instructed by our instructors, including proper spacing, courtesy to fellow dancers, and adherence to our code of conduct. You are responsible for your own safety and well-being and must inform instructors of any physical limitations or health conditions that may affect your participation. We prohibit disruptive behavior, harassment, discrimination, or any conduct that negatively impacts the learning environment. You agree not to record, photograph, or film any workshop sessions without explicit written permission from management. Violation of these obligations may result in immediate removal from classes without refund.
Intellectual Property Rights
All choreography, instructional materials, music selections, and content created or provided by us remain our exclusive intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly perform any choreography or materials from our workshops without written consent. The rights to all live music performances at our fiesta events are protected and may not be recorded or distributed commercially. We respect the intellectual property of third-party musicians and producers whose music we feature in our classes. You may use instructional materials solely for your personal, non-commercial practice. Any unauthorized use of our proprietary content may result in legal action and liability for damages.
Limitation of Liability
We provide our workshops and services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during participation, even if caused by instructor negligence. You participate at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any physical injuries sustained during classes or events. We do not guarantee specific results or skill levels from workshop participation. We are not responsible for technical issues, scheduling changes, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather or force majeure events. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for workshop participation. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so this clause may not apply to you in full.
Termination and Cancellation
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our workshops at any time for violation of these terms or conduct deemed inappropriate. Participants may cancel their workshop registration according to our published cancellation policy, with refunds issued per the timeframe specified at registration. We may cancel or reschedule workshops due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. In case of cancellation by us, we will offer rescheduling or full refund options. Termination of your access does not affect your obligations under these terms, including confidentiality and intellectual property provisions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and instructional materials. These Terms of Service remain in effect even after cancellation or termination of your participation.
